Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email address and password hash when you register.
Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your full card details.
Usage data: the strategies, backtests and optimisation runs you create, and technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to improve the product.
Support data: messages you send us, so we can help you and improve the service.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the platform, process payments, respond to support requests, keep the service secure, understand how features are used so we can improve them, and send service emails (billing, important changes). Marketing emails are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Your strategies are yours

The strategies you build, and the backtest and optimisation results they generate, are private to your account and belong to you. Specifically:

• We do not trade your strategies, share them with other users, or sell them to anyone.
• We do not use your strategy logic to build products, signals or strategies of our own.
• Because Voren runs in the cloud, our support team can access an account's strategies and results. We do this only to help with a support request you've made or to investigate a technical or abuse issue, and access is limited to the people who need it.
• We may publish aggregated, anonymised platform statistics (for example, total backtests run). These never identify you or reveal your strategy logic.

4. Third parties

We share data only with service providers needed to run Voren: payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and compute, email delivery, and analytics (PostHog). Embedded content (such as YouTube videos) loads from the provider when you interact with it and is subject to their privacy policy.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and, where enabled, analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. If you cancel, your strategies and results are retained so you can return, unless you ask us to delete them. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting support@voren.io; we will action it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under UK and EU GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at support@voren.io to exercise them. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
